With KLS (Keyboard Layout Selector) for PE Builder, you can add additional keyboard layouts to a PE system created by PE Builder or WinBuilder. Currently, the tool supports 104 keyboard layouts.

If you have already installed an older version of KLS for PE Builder, you don't need to download the complete installation package. Instead download only the update package.
