You can also use Readout features in your own applications. Universal-Readout contains an ActiveX/COM DLL, which provides all features.
At the moment there is not an SDK for Universal-Readout. But you can view the source code of the plugins Word-Readout and Writer-Readout, because these plugins also use the Universal-Readout DLL.
